仲裁
12.1 对于所有因本合同引起的.或根本合同相关的纠纷，合同双方应通过友好协商解决，若无法通过协商解决，应将纠纷提交仲裁解决。

十三. 合同生效及其它

13.2 本合同如需修改或补充时，必须由买卖双方法人委托代理人签署书面文件并加盖单位合同章后正式生效，并成为本合同不可分割的组成部分，与合同正文具有同等法律效力。
13.4 本合同有效期限：合同签订日至买.卖双方合同货款结清为止。
13.5 本合同正本一式捌份，买卖双方各执肆份。
