SP2重装系统后为什么下载的东西不能用

下载的速度还有些慢!
能说出原因并能提出有效解决方案的再加15分~

重新装后,有些文件被删了,导致下载工具,不稳定.上述情况,根据我的经验,应该是缺少某些组件.重装一下就行了

是这样的，有好多以前的程序不能被识别，重新安装哈就好了，我的也是
