These are the two concepts in the Probability in the Math.
Who can tell me the difference between them?
Thx' so much

Mutually exclusive events means they must not be independent. If one has happened, the other must not happen at all. It is possible that neither of them happens but it is impossible that both of them happen at the same time.

Independent events means there are not any relationship between them at all. If one has happened, the other may happen and also may not happen. It is possible that neither of them happens and it is possible that both of them happen as well.

Mutually exclusive events:
P(AUB)=P(A)+P(B)
P(AnB)=0
Independent events:
P(AnB)=P(A)*P(B)
P(AUB)=...
