关于英语过去完成时的小问题

我们在学过去完成时，老师给我们的解释是发生在过去的过去，基本句型为had done.而且在用since或for时要把非延续性动词改成延续性动词，如die改为be die(好象是），可是在具体用时是had die还是had death(拼写可能有误）？
还有After her husband had gone to work and the children had been send to school,Mrs.Richards rushed up stairs to her bedroom.这里为什么要加been?还有加been后后面是跟原形还是过去分词？这里是原形
可是在I'm sorry,this kind of T-shirt has been sold out.句里为什么又是过去分词？
在A:Tina's been back from holiday
B:I know.I met her this morning这里为什么不能用had met?

也就是说这里是既用过去完成时又有被动语态？
可是为什么After her husband had gone to work and the children had been send to school这里的been后面用的是原形？

用被动语态。
been后面是跟过去分词
可是在I'm sorry,this kind of T-shirt has been sold out.句里为什么又是过去分词？
也是用被动语态。

在A:Tina's been back from holiday
B:I know.I met her this morning这里为什么不能用had met?
因为this morning在此是过去时间，所以句子要用过去时。
