怎么在中国报新加坡的雅思？

12月末能到新加坡，中国12月的雅思早爆满了，由于急需雅思成绩，想赶上新加坡1月的报名，我该怎么办？
答案好追加30分！谢谢各位高人指点了！
这个网页我看过，但是从中国往那边邮寄300新币的支票实在不知道怎么办～在中国办理的支票新加坡能用么？

新加坡的British Councils可以考
只要下载了报名表、填好，连同两张护照标准照、护照复印件，一张300新元的支票

Fill it in with your details and sign it
Put the application form in an envelope along with:
- Two recent passport-sized photographs
- Photocopy of your NRIC if you are Singaporean, or photocopy of your passport or work permit if you are not Singaporean
- A cheque for S$300 payable to
