多普达d9000相机不能启动

如题，主相机不能启动了，按快捷键就提示“打开快捷方式或定位目标文件时错误”，到程序里面根本没反应，重新设置快捷键也没用，还有手电筒软件也不能用了，请问怎么办啊？我的小9的相机就这样废了？！

这是系统冲突 ，应该是软件的问题。你可以恢复出厂设置试一试，具体操作是开始>设定>系统>清除内存>写1234 就可以拉 ，但是你要首先备份你的数据亚

新机的话,hard reset 一下, 开始>设定>系统>记忆体重置>写1234.

Method: Go to start-> settings-> system-> clear storage-> tap in 1234-> and tap yes/ok.
