因为两句的advise引导的都是虚拟语气，都省略了should，即：
My advice is that we (should) send for Doctor Li.
She advised that I (should) not go by train because it would be crowded.
问老师就好啦，还可以增加在老师心目中好学生的位置
虚拟语气。
advise sb/sth should (not)do sth
其中的should 可以省略。。
