电脑开机时出现Reboot and select proper Boot device or ....and press a key就起不了了怎么回事?

从做系统后,电脑开机时出现Reboot and select proper Boot device or Insert BOOT media in selected Boot device and press a key后就启动不了了.当光去里放上系统碟后,出现从装系统后,不理它后回自动正常启动.是怎么回事.那位大哥帮忙解决以下.再这里谢过了!
