本人英语不太好，前提是这几个句子没语病，如果有请指出

这个问题也可以说是：把“Auckland is the lagrest city in New Zealand.It has a population of just under a million people and is located on North Island.”攒成一句只有一个谓语的句子。前面“located”之前都少打了一个“is”“North Island”前介词也打错了，是“on”

2 that 后面的部分是 people的定语，这句话里 谓语只有 is the largest city ,with 后面直到people前面是 状语
3 这是一定语从句里套定语从句 第一个定语从句 是which后面的全部 修饰 Auckland 而that后面的部分 作为people的定语 修饰people
这个定语从句 强调人数多
4 跟上句差不多 也是定语从句套定语从句 只是这句强调位于New Zealand
大概是这意思~
这句话有2个要点，主语city后面接定语从句作修饰（which）或接主语补足语（with），用状语从句（where）是错的。
2.located in North Island in New Zealand 与前半句是并列结构，因此只能用and，用that（定语从句）变成修饰people了，有歧义，所以上面只有第一句是正确的。
is 不是少了，是省略，至于介词在指比较大的地方时可以用in的，这点我还特地查了一下，例句：Several important cities are in the North Island, notably New Zealand's largest city, Auckland, and Wellington, the capital, located at the southern extremity of the island. 呵呵，自己先学习了。
