当中的it is so few buses......为什么不用there be句型 。 it is.....也有表示有.....的意思吗？

我认为正确的形式应该用there be。现在很多情况下的英文也都是随意化口语化，语语不严谨，尤其是在网络上。
如果这里用it is so few buses，那后面的句子也应随之变为：
it is so few buses that make them spend much more time......
