fail表示”不能“的时候和CAN’T有什么不同吗

fail一般表示做了，失败了。CAN'T表示做不了，意思是还没有做。

can't: indicates that you are unable to dosomething, perhaps becuase of your lack capability or some other outside reasons.

fail: it has been proven YOU are uncapable to make it done
