我国国有企业人力资源管理中的问题及对策

摘要:国有企业是我国国民经济的支柱,是我国工业企业的主导力量。国有企业的发展壮大是实现我国现代化的需要,是进行经济结构调整的需要,也是应对WTO要求,增强企业竞争力的需要。在竞争中,人力资源,特别是人才资源,是国有企业最重要资源,是国有企业核心竞争力的源泉。面对日益激烈的市场竞争和加入WTO的机遇和挑战,国有企业必须在尽可能短的时间里,加快自身的机制转变,抓紧时间提高人的素质,努力提高企业竞争力和活力,实现可持续发展。本文从研究国有企业人事制度现状入手,深入分析了我国国有企业人力资源管理中的问题并提出相应对策。
