摘 要
曲马多是70年代末由原联邦德国研究开发的中枢神经镇痛药，在临床上可用于缓解各种急、慢性中度至次重度疼痛，具有镇痛作用较强、药物依赖性较低、滥用潜力较小的特点。作为临床上常用的麻醉性镇痛处方良药，曲马多被认为不容易产生药物依赖，因而在07年10月以前没有像杜冷丁、美沙酮等一样列入毒麻类药品予以管制。然而经调查发现，曲马多作为处方药，如果滥用，会导致人格改变，身体各机能改变并出现致幻，严重者甚至会产生轻生和暴力倾向，具有明显的成瘾性和依赖性。近年来，曲马多滥用问题日益严重，越来越多的青年通过大量服用“曲马多”来获取刺激。据广东省药物滥用监测中心给出的统计数据显示，该省滥用“曲马多”成瘾的患者由2004年上半年的11人增至2006年上半年的4492人，两年间增长400多倍。全国其它地区滥用曲马多导致伤残的案例也同样成上涨趋势。
2007年10月，国家食品药品监督管理局、公安部、卫生部联合公布了2007年版麻醉药品和精神药品品种目录。目录对部分麻醉药品和精神药品品种的管理类别进行了调整，曲马多、氨酚氢可酮片列入第二类精神药品管理，并于2008年1月1日开始实行。
本文共三个部分，分别对曲马多的理化性质、成瘾机理与途径，目前滥用现状进行了全面介绍，又从监管机制、宣传方向等方面进行深入分析，最后对曲马多滥用问题提出了相应的防控对策。
