speak english with some people who are around you.such as your classmates,teachers,friends,relatives and so on
and you can keep writing diary in english every day
listen to the radio,watch some english programmes
also you can say sth in english loudly when you are alone
remember:speak more, don not afraid make mistakes.because everyone makes mistakes.Try your best....
