求一篇英语演讲稿（急急急！）

关系到我们的期末成绩，哪位高手帮忙写一篇，3分钟的，因为我们是大专生，并且要毕业了。注意：演讲稿的内容必须是我们感兴趣的！
比如：如何找工作；如何提高自信；面试的技巧；化妆的等等，就是我们80后最感兴趣的话题
拜托了，马上就要演讲了，还要脱稿，所以还得背！！
我的要求：1，没有语法错误（我们还得把稿交给老师）
2，时间3分钟左右
3，必须是我们感兴趣的话题
4，要中英对照（我要知道内容是什么）
关系到我的成绩，我实在想不起来了
我知道我的要求很高，但是我也会给高分的
