很多肿瘤患者晚期都会出现脑转移，传统治疗采用全脑照射的方式，在一定程度上预防了新病灶的发生，但对已经出现的转移灶的控制由于技术原因疗效并不令人满意。基于以上考虑，我们对我院自2005年4月至2007年10月收治的33例脑转移瘤患者采用三维适形放射治疗配合全脑放疗的方式进行治疗，现将其近期疗效报告如下。
