本证依据中华人民共和国教育委员会办法的《中华人民共和国义务教育法实施细则》的有关规定制发，是持证人受完九年义务教育并达到相应文化程度的凭证。
本证初中毕业是指受完九年义务教育、符合毕业条件，准予毕业；初中结业是指受完九年义务教育、不符合毕业条件，准予毕业。
本证如丢失，一般不予补发，如确需补发者，可向原发证单位书面申请。

The junior high school graduates of this Certification indicated that the holder had finished the nine-year compulsory education, in line with the conditions for graduation, graduation granted; Complete a course means that the holder had finished the nine-year compulsory education, but can't meet the graduation requirement, granted completing a course.

If this certification is lost, it is can't be reissue generally, as needed replacement, may apply in writing to apply for certification unit.
