软件产业日益成为信息社会的支柱产业之一，构成经济发展的重要动力，对软件这一人类智力成果和知识结晶实行有效法律保护的重要性日益突出，对软件的保护问题已经成为当今世界保护知识产权的一项重要的内容，受到了国际法学界和各国政府的普遍重视。本文从我国计算机软件版权的概念、特征谈起，对计算机软件版权保护的条例，版权法律相关的分析，认为：软件的特性及实践的发展表明，著作权法、专利法等知识产权法，结合起来是加强软件法律保护的必由之路，专门立法应该是计算机软件法律保护的必然。问题如何解决有待于读者去思考。
