President and Fellows of Harvard College,又称Harvard Corporation,实际上并不是哈佛大学,而是哈佛大学的两个管理机构之一(另一个是Harvard Board of Overseers)。它于1690年有马萨诸塞州最高法院批准成立。由于当时哈佛大学还叫做哈佛学院(Harvard College),所以这个机构的名字也沿用了此称呼。
