The bank charges for establishment of Letter of Credit overdue interest claimed by the negotiating Bank for delay in release of reimbursements by PURCHASER’s Bank and any other charges of PURCHASER’s Bank will be borne by PURCHASER.
Supplier shall furnish following bank guarantees to the PURCHASER
i) Bank Guarantee to secure advance equivalent to USD xxxxx valid upto the scheduled date of delivery. This bank guarantee shall be of non-reducing type.
ii) Bank Guarantee in respect of Performance of Equipment for USD xxxxxx valid upto the end of the warranty period. This Bank Guarantee will be submitted by the SUPPLIER at the time of claiming the payments at 21.1(c) above.
