英语口语演讲比赛的英文邀请函

An English speech contest is going to be held in our school for our students in order to improve their oral English and create a better environment for speaking English. It will be held at room X on the Xth floor in the XXXX (teaching) building at XX:00 am/pm, Dec. XXth. The first three winners will be given prizes. We will have five English teachers and a student representative as judges. We are inviting you to come to our contest and we will be very honored if you could come.
