By means of Freud’s Analysis on Psychology, this essay will make analysis about Sister Feng and Baoyu, the characters of Dream of the Red Chamber. From the perspective of Freud, children’s environment and experiments in the childhood have played a key role in the forming of their personality in adulthood. The abnormal psychology and the psychological conflict of many adult can be dated back to the Childhood Traumatic Experiences and depressive complex. From the analysis of the different living environment of Sister Feng and Baoyu, we can see the spirit origin of their different characteristics; then to analyze their words and behavior from the aspect of consciousness; comparing Baoyu’s personality of feminine, mild, universal-love to Sister Feng’s personality of masculine, faithful love and struggle, all these make the malposition of feminine and masculine of their personality.
