一.概述
空气压缩系统主要作为风动元件的气源和卸船机上的吹尘。
二.工作原理
空气压缩系统主要由空气压缩机、系统管道和截止阀、气源处理二联件等组成，二联件包括空气过滤减压阀（带自动排水器）、油雾器。
1.启动空气压缩系统前必须仔细阅读空压机、过滤器、油雾器等元器件使用说明。
2.空气压缩机接入415V，50Hz三相交流电源；
3.接通开关，观察空气压缩机是否正常工作，若工作不正常则按空气压缩机使用说明进行调整。
5.气体从空压机（序号1）经过球阀(序号3) 、软管(序号4)，进入气动两联件（序号5）然后通过快速接头与需提供的气源。气动两联件用来过滤空气及调节系统最大压力；油雾器能将少量润滑油带入气动元件起润滑作用。在油雾器前还有一个快插,用于除尘（以免把润滑油带入空气中）!
6.工作时，首先关闭在机房内的球阀。启动空压机，使压缩气充满空压机储气罐，调节空压机出口压力在8bar左右（可通过观察空压机出口压力表确定，此出口压力可根据系统管路长短作适当调整），打开机房内的球阀。当需要吹尘时， 接上油雾器前的快速接头即可工作。
7.当空气压缩机关机后，空气过滤减压阀能自动排除存在水杯中的油水及杂物。

四.调试
空压系统整体安装完毕之后，应做密封性实验。首先开启空压机，关闭所有出气口，在充满储气罐之后，空压机自动停机，静置观察压力表数值，系统压力在一个小时之内下降值不大于20。
