先说说Help

help用作动词，表示帮助。
通常用
1.help sb. with sth.（在某方面帮助某人）

2.help sb. do sth.（帮助某人做某事）
For example:I can help you clean the classroom
我可以帮你打扫教室
3.help sb. to do sth.（帮助某人做某事）
For example:I can help you to clean the classroom
（同2一样的意思，没有区别）
“to”在这里没有严格限制。可有可无。

Put up 这里就相当于一个及物动词，可以在其后直接加名词。

EG:Please put up your hand if you have any questions.
谁要有问题, 就请举手。

We'd better put up a notice here.
我们最好在这儿贴一张通知。

help sb. do sth.直接帮助，亲自帮助
help sb.to do sth.间接帮助
I'll help you do your work.我亲自帮你做。
I'll help you to do it.我找人或提示你，但还得你自己做。
邀请Danny一起来帮忙植树。大家一起做。所以用help us put up the trees.
