书中出现revaluation or appreciation,如果同一个意思,有必要这样表达吗

revaluation refers to a rise in the value of a country's currency by the government decree.即由于国家政策而产生的货币升值。appreciation occur gradually through the changes of demand and supply forces in the foreign exchange marke.即由于外汇市场上的供需而产生的货币升值。
