安装前准备工作没有做好！~
安装前准备:
1.上网下载一个directx_aug2008_redist文件,安装上
2.再上网下载一个dotnetfx文件,安装上
3.再上网下载一个d3dx9_26文件,复制粘贴到C:\Windows\System32
LZ先把软件卸载了（连带C:\Program Files\Autodesk\3Dmax2009 也一同手动删除）
然后按照准备步骤安装文件,给3Dmax软件提供必要的软件支持
然后再安装
安装完了注册
再打不开软件你就找我~
