这两句话时态上有区别，但是翻译起来好像都一个意思。哪位高手来分析一下，运用的时候怎么才能区分出来。谢谢！！

I have seen it是现在完成时
I had seen it是过去完成时
在使用过去完成时时一般会与过去时连用
例如 She went school after she had finished her breakfast.
在使用现在完成时时一般回有一段时间或几次
例如 She has watched this film twice.
