用grub安装ubuntu为什么会出现以下错误了
kernel panic -not syncing: IO-apic+timer doesn't work! boot with apic=debuy and send areprt,then try booting with the' noapic'option

可以在安装的时候加上这个参数试试，我原来也遇到过这个问题，
kernel /boot/vmlinux noapic

noapic的意思是告诉系统不要使用APIC芯片，对一些APIC有问题或者是BIOS母板有错误的内核起作用。

要么盘是坏的，要么就是硬件坏了，你的CPU信号与内核不能同步
