we had contracted the sale of this house/property to some Chinese-speaking agents. However, due the the present economic crisis and the slump in property market, we had terminated the contract with the agents.
We have commissioned the Chinese-speaking intermediary agents to sell this house. However, due to financial crisis, the current situation in the housing market boom is unlikely, so we have to terminate the agency relationship with each other.
We entrusted the sales of this flat to a Chinese-speaking angency.Due to the influence of fiscal crisis,the temporary flat market is in depression,so we stop the relation with the agency.
