when和that,which的区别

[问]这两个句子前半句一样,就是后半句两个词不同,为什么关联词不同?

I'll never forget the days when/in which we worked together.

I'll never forget the days which we spent together.

两句话都是the days为先行词的定语从句；
第一句里的the days 后面跟when/in which，是因为先行词在定语从句里做到是时间状语，所以只能用when代替，或者用in which; 补充全即为we worked together in the days;
第二句里的the days 后面用的which来引导，是因为在which引导的定语从句里，which做的是spent的宾语，即为we spent the days together;
所以在定语从句里，确定引导词，要看先行词在定语从句里的成分确定；

前面的句子的从句是完整的，也就是句子不缺什么，前面的days也就是从句的时间状语了
后面这个句子，spent 后面是要接宾语的，也就是句子不完整，which 代替the days 做宾语
