论文首先分析了分析了现有传统实验室的不足,提出了构建网络虚拟实验室的必要性和意义。然后在研究了大量有关虚拟实验的国内外文献的基础上,对目前虚拟实验系统的发展状况,包括虚拟实验系统基本特征、分类及发展方向,虚拟实验系统的基本框架结构,以及目前的一些相关技术进行了论述,最后围绕计算机网络实验的特点,设计并实现了一个完整的虚拟实验室。本虚拟实验室主要利用了VRML技术来实现网络设备的三维建模,对于一些复杂模型,则利用3DSMAX软件来构建,然后利用其专门的输出接口将所构建的模型转化为VRML文件类型。本系统实现了演示与观察实验过程中的各种可能的交互手段,为VRML增添了强大的动态效果,对于像“路由器配置”等实验,无法用VRML技术实现的,我们又利用了Vmware技术得以很好的实现,并利用ASP技术构建了B/S结构的实验网站,实现了用户的远程访问。

This paper first analyzes the shortcomings of existing traditional laboratories, proposes the necessity and significance of establishing network virtual laboratory, then on the basis of a lot of foreign literatures about virtual experiments describes the development status of virtual experimental systems, including the basic features, classification, and development direction of virtual experimental systems, as well as the basic frame structure and the current related techniques, finally designs and implements an integrated virtual laboratory. The virtual laboratory mainly adopts VRML technique to accomplish the 3D modeling of network equipment, and adopts 3DSMAX software for the modeling of some more complex models, then transforms the modeled models into the VRML files utilizing its special output interface.
