医疗保险~急~！！！！

我在美国，一月份买的保险。六月份急诊去的医院。医疗费加起来一共三千多美元。保险公司一直没给付款，前几天寄来一封信，问我一些问题。其中有这样一段：please list the name and address of the physician from whom the above named claimant sought medical advice or treatment in the 6-month period immediately prior to 01/07/08.
他是什么意思？为什么要问这些呢？
他是说要我01/07/08之前的六个月的看病记录么？

一般调查情况，没什么的，你如实回答即可。他们和透明度要比我们的高，本着为客户负责的态度，一般征询是他们的工作方式。你在美国，应该比内地的人知道当地情况*“！”*
