两个句子都带有从句,从句的时态要和主句一致,所以will就要用过去时would

第一个 she'd = she had = 她曾..,表示过去 ; 这个说法我不赞成 因为后面是 spend 动词原形而不是动词过去分词形式,因而我觉得应是would
第二个 she'd = she would =她将.., 表示将来

第一种是had.第二种是would.前者表示已经完成某个动作,后者表示虚拟语气…
