the qualities of a good teacher I think ,first of all,she or he must be patient enough to ajust his or her students'mistakes ,bad habits or bad tempers.Especially the teenagers,they are not easy to be dealed with.
second,I think he or she must be kind and easy going,though strict is needed sometimes,but be too strict will frighten the students,and make them think you are not reliable and feasible.Just make yourself be their friend and they will trust you,and listen to you.
third,a good teacher should have the great responsibility on his or her students.do not just care about what they do in the school ,but also their life outside the school,such as the family situation ,their relation with others and so on .
finally I think that a good teacher should set good examples to his or her students so that he or she can get respect .and be the leader of the students
