一般询问天气有两种方式：
1、What's the weather like?
2、How is the weather?
所以选what的话应该是“...tell what it will be like...”
句子是要说“不知道下个小时天气会是什么样的”，所以不能选that和which啊，没有说“哪一个天气”这样的。

what it will be 是tell的宾语

what 因为这就是一个普通问句

选B.what. 因为问天气用 what's the weather today.所以要填what.其它的选项都不可以。
