“会”表将会，将来时
老师（其实不管是什么名词）一般前面还要加冠词或者代词的。

I will ask the teacher.
I will ask the instructor.
知道老师名字的话，就说 I'll ask Mr./Mrs. xxx.

I can ask teacher for help
我可以向老师求助

I will ask the teacher for help.

I will ask teacher(s) for help!
