The realistic (and frankly, greedier as well) part of me says that it would have all the charm of McDonald's, the wait staff of an Orwellian nightmare and sell the lowest grade food I could get away with at the highest prices the market would bear. It would have all the charm of a military chow hall or grade school cafeteria. The TV's would only show what games I want to see. Eating there would be an experience. A Kafkaesque experience.
