我新安装的瑞星，点启动的时候 出现Runtime error

建议你还是重新装一个系统,装XP系统吧,好用的.你这个问题是:

Runtime是运行时的意思，Runtime Error就是运行时错误，就是在运行期间出现的错误。

主要是 用到 IE的时候就出现这个 ，我平时用myie2。
上网查看了一些东西后 ，自己用 roguecleaner的软件扫描了一下，把一些垃圾广告插件都去
