求外贸中英文销售合同 急！

合同得付款条件为合同签订之日预付总货款得20%定金，货到天津港口后，（ ）日内副总货款的80%。
保险条款为 由供方负责并向保险公司承保从五原县到交货地点的安全和损失
备注为：本合同一式两份，自双方在本合同签字盖章后生效（含传真件）双方各执一份。
