我告诉你一个简单的方法
你打开电脑，然后突然关机
然后每次开机的时候就会出现这个状态了
记住，只能是FAT32的格式，NEFS是没有用的
运行 chkdsk
开始--运行--cmd，输入chkdsk X: /f
开始运行
cmd
然后输入 chkdsk /f
系统会问你这次不能检测 是否在下次启动的时候进行检测
你输入Y 回车
重启时候就会自动检测并修复了
