如果不认识，只是看见过的话，还是用seen好。I have seen you for several times at school.

seen是指我看到过你，而met是指我们比较正式地会面过。

MEET and SEE put right here no much difference, either is OK.

This kind of question is that you want to know that you meet/see each other or not. You do not ask have met/seen or have not met/seen.

i knew your face, we met in school before.

I've seen you at school a couple of times before.

I saw you on campus more than once.
