这几个who引导的从句对吗？

这个句子对吗？
如果who 的两边反过来的话那又是对的还是错的啊？
The man in a blue T-shirt who is taking pictures

不一样，从句里是你要强调的，第一句是就是那个戴眼镜的男人在看报纸，反过来就是看报纸的男的带着眼镜，不一样的意思。第二句也类似。没有对错，只是不同的意思。

个人意见：两个句子都不对
第一句：这个语法上并没有问题，但感觉很别扭。可以改为：The man with glasses is reading newspaper.
第二句：没有谓语,语法上不对.可以改为：The man in a blue T-shirt is taking pictures.

第一个句子是有问题的，with glasses 是介词短语，直接说：
The man with glasses is reading newspaper.
第二个句子不用使用who,以第一句是一个类型的句子，可以说成：
The man in blue T-shirt is taking pictures.
