后面动词是跟单数吧？那下面这句话：the child realizes their dreams 对吗？我想表示这类孩子都这么着，还是用 realizes his or her dreams?

这类孩子都这么着

非得用 the child
The child realizes his or her dreams

child 是单数 后面跟realizes his or her dreams

用复数children来表示一类孩子

既然是这一类的话要用复数 而且前面用了复数后面最好用THEIR

The child realizes their dreams.
