王华在第一百货商店买了一部SQ200的手机，使用不久后，就不能发短信和照相了，希望第一百货商店可以换一部新手机

Dear Manager,

I am writing to complain about your Mobile PhoneSQ200 which I bought one week ago in your No.1 Department.

I did not break it and always use it according to your user booklet.But to my surprise, it could not send Short Messages now, I found the camera also stopped working.

It disspointed me so much. Though the model is with attactive apperence, I have lost my confidence in its quality.
I wish you could change a new one for me, if it is more expensive than the one I bought, I would pay extra money.

I will come to you on your soonest reply to discuss about the issue.
