UC知道求救：笔记本关机蓝屏

我的HP笔记本，预装Vista系统，这是第二次关机时出现蓝屏,摁电源关机，再开机后又好像没什么事，这是怎么回事啊？哪位高手可以给出通俗详细的解决方案？蓝屏问题摘抄如下：

内存是机子本身的，我自己没有装过内存条。那具体该怎么办好啊？
貌似内存不兼容啊。。。。。。。你是不是提升内存了啊？？？？现在内存条假冒的很多啊
里面说 问你有没有安装什么新的软件或硬件，如果有 你应该去下载新的驱动或是更新 估计是哪里不兼容 那一串字符我看不懂不知道指哪 ，是告诉你出错的位置 。 自己找找吧 也有可能是内存的事.
那你恢复一下系统试试
