前者后接动名词短语 后者必须接从句 是要完整的句子

that 可以用It 代替

sure 的用法有4种
1. 确信的,有把握的[Z][F][+(that)][+wh-][(+about/of)]

2. 一定的,必定的[Z][F][+to-v]
