休息时间也可以说是break，所以就是

我觉得他的“休息时间”，不是指的两个events之间的休息时间，所以用break可能不合适吧。
应该指的是平时的业余时间leisure/spare time?

问： What is your most common leisure activity?
问： 平时业余时间一般有点什么活动？

答： When I have spare time, I play games with my friends.
答： 有空的时候，一般跟朋友玩玩游戏。

不过玩游戏范围太广了，games 前面可以加点东西，比如 video games(电视游戏机的游戏）， pc games(电脑游戏， card games(牌类） 等等。。。
