adobe flash player activex损坏,很棘手啊！

我安装了adobe flash player activex，原本好好的，可过两天就不好使了，看视频的时候都是一片空白，左上有个小叉，可有的flash还能看，我是这卸载，可不行，然后下了卸载工具，才好使。可过两天又不行了，连卸载工具都不好使了。
问题显示：this chould be the result of a demaged disk,a faild download or virus.it may be possible to skip this check using the /NCRC command line switch.(NOT RECOMMENDED)
我把电脑还原了，可过两天又坏了，都十几次了，高手帮帮我啊！解答具体点啊

2.重新下载adobe flash player activex安装

你可以试着装一下Flash 不要只装插件
