目前市场上的皮革光亮剂的种类主要有五种。即硝化纤维类光亮剂、酪素类光亮剂、丙烯酸树脂类光亮剂、聚氨酯类光亮剂以及含蜡含硅类皮革光亮剂。硝化纤维光亮剂在皮革涂饰中的应用已超过一百年,因其在顶层涂饰中的综合性能明显优于酪素、丙烯酸树脂、聚氨酯类光亮剂且价格低廉而得到了广泛的应用。传统的溶剂型硝化纤维光亮剂因其不耐老化、耐寒性差、卫生性能差等缺点而收到冲击,而乳液型硝化纤维光亮剂虽然比较环保且卫生性能较高,但因成膜光泽性较差和乳液长期放置不稳定而限制了其应用。
本课题首先分析了性能优良但未知组分的溶剂型皮革光亮剂,通过对溶剂、成膜组分的分离,逐一通过红外光谱、气质联用等分析方法,了解其组成成分,发现该未知组分光亮剂的主要成膜物质为硝化纤维。硝化纤维光亮剂成革外观光亮、美观、耐酸、耐水,成革有较高的干湿擦度,缺点是不耐老化,耐寒性较差。因此,在配制溶剂型皮革光亮剂时采用醇酸树脂和三聚氰胺甲醛树脂与硝化纤维混合的方法,保留硝化纤维成膜的优点,改进其不耐老化,耐寒性较差的缺点,经过反复试验,配制成功的溶剂型光亮剂有很好的光亮度及柔软度,耐拉伸,耐擦洗,成膜光滑。本研究的目的是研制一种高性能的乳液型硝化纤维光亮剂,在保持溶剂型优势的同时提高乳液型的稳定性。乳液型皮革光亮剂要求乳液均匀,粘度适中,乳液长期放置不分层。乳液型皮革光亮剂的研制目前取得了阶段性的成果,首先解决了乳化这一难题,乳液混合均匀,不分层,但黏度太大,有待改进。
