UC知道装程序出问题怎样解决啊

我的电脑是EPOX EP-8KDA7I的主板系统出问题了不能正常开机出现以下情况：
Checking file system on D :
The tyope of the file system is FAT32
One of you disk needs to be checked
for consistenly you may cancel the disk check but it is strongly recommended that you continue on F:
Windows will now check the disk volume serial Number is 1370-1b03
Windows si verifying files and folders.....
File and folder verificacion is complete
Windows is terifying free spuce
30(不断变的可能是百分比吧）Percent completed.....
上边到了55左右就从启只有按空格键才能正常启动但是很慢
别人说是我的系统出了问题我的安装盘没有了在网络中下的PE重做系统说找不到c：/WIN……（后面显示什么忘了(*^__^*) 嘻嘻……）的重要文件无法安装请诸位高人帮忙想想办法、

一开机就出现自检系统的配置文件，你就说明你的有些操作不是合法操作例如非法关机，也会出现这种情况，但是没有什么很大问题也一样能用。如过自检后还不能进入系统，那么我建议你进入安全模式，不知你的电脑是台式的还是本的，如果是本的开机就按F8，然后选择最后一次正确的配置即可，好像台式机也是按F8，这个记不大清查了你试试看吧。
